浅谈太极拳24式自学图解中的泛臀动作体现与人物练习场景

在学习和实践太极拳的过程中,特别是对于陈氏太极拳而言,“敛臀、泛臀”的要领常被提及,有关网络书籍都有详尽的论述,但这两者之间的区别和联系仍然是一个热门的话题。很多人在练习陈氏太极拳时,都会遇到关于如何正确理解和执行这些动作的问题。

一位长期从事武术气功研究的高大英俊武师,在我晨练太极拳的地方附近静静地站桩,他对待练功总是认真严谨。这天,我正在向一个来京学习太极拳的爱好者讲解“泛臀”要领时,他不经意间走近,并且非常饶有兴趣地观察着我们的每一个动作。我只轻轻地点了他的胯部,让他感觉到了松开,使他的“敛臀”转变为“泛臀”,他惊讶地感受到了热气沉于丹田,从此之后,他一直坚持这个方法,感受到了前所未有的变化。

这种情况并非个例,一位多年修炼气功的大师,即使他已经掌握了大小周天早已通之技巧,也能从我的简单指导中获得新的启示。这样的例子说明了正确掌握习练太極拳要領的重要性。

我的启蒙恩师陈小星大師及磕拜恩師陳正雷大師在教學時曾說過「含胸塌腰、曲膝松胯、泛臀圓(開)裆」。經恩師親授加上本人近三十年的苦練探究陳氏太極拳體悟,我認為陳式太極拳應該是松腰「泛 臀」而不是縮肚「敛 臂」。

一、本质构造简析

人类在漫长进化过程中,机体形成了许多特殊构造,如头颅骨构成颅腔保护大脑;胸骨、肋骨、胸椎构成胸腔保护心、肺等重要脏器。而髋部区域由骶骨、尾骨和两侧髋骨构成盆腔保护膀胱、小肠、大便等重要脏器,其解剖结构最为复杂,最为奇特。

二、“敛 臂”的说法

笔者认为把“泛 臂”与“敛 臂”作为陈氏 太極 拳 和 其他 太極 拳 的区别是不够严谨 的,不够全面。Too many styles of Tai Chi have emphasized the importance of "introducing the abdomen" or "lowering the back," which is often misunderstood as "stiffening" or "sinking." However, in reality, it's about finding a balance between relaxation and engagement.

三、“松 胯”的理念

"Moonlight Twist" is another fundamental movement in Tai Chi that emphasizes the importance of relaxing and engaging different parts of the body. It's not just about twisting; it's about creating a sense of fluidity and connection between different parts of the body.

四、“盘 融”的概念

The concept of "pan-fusion" (盘融) refers to integrating all movements into one fluid motion. This means that each movement should be connected seamlessly to others, creating a continuous flow that encompasses all aspects of Tai Chi practice.

五、“弹 弹球”的技巧

In Chen-style Tai Chi, there are certain techniques known as "弹 弹球" (popping ball), which involve using one hand to push against an imaginary object while keeping both hands relaxed. This technique helps improve coordination and balance by requiring practitioners to maintain proper posture and alignment while executing complex movements.

六、“绵 绵软 轻 轻”的原则

This principle emphasizes maintaining softness in every part of your body while executing movements. By doing so, you can avoid stiffness and tension, allowing for more efficient energy transfer during practice.

七、“内外合 一”的目标

Tai Chi aims to achieve harmony between internal energy (Qi) and external physical form through precise control over breathing patterns, postures, transitions between steps etc., aiming at synchronizing inner tranquility with outer dynamism in order to maximize health benefits from practicing this ancient martial art system.

通过上述分析,我们可以看到,在进行任何形式的训练或实践之前,了解基本的人类生理结构以及它们如何影响我们的运动方式至关重要。此外,对于不同的风格或流派来说,每一种独特的手势和姿态都是为了达到某种具体目的,而这些目的往往超越了一般意义上的身体控制,更涉及到精神状态与内力调节。在进行深入探讨或教学时,这些基础知识对于确保安全性、高效率以及最大限度提升个人技能至关紧要。
