1.Left hand 開始前的 movement 太靠近right chest,没有给自己留有回旋余地,把自己困死;
2.Grabbing the knee with a relaxed wrist, without sitting the wrist, lacking in power to penetrate into the fingers;
3.The action of grabbing is stiff and tense, losing the feeling of four ounces moving a thousand pounds;
4.Eyes are scattered, without focus or awareness of defense.
To correct these errors we should:
1.Grab with an arm that forms an arc shape but not too straight nor too curved.
2.Look forward with steady eyes while keeping them focused on your opponent.
3.Lead by bringing up the left leg as you turn your waist to bring up your hands in a downward arc to grab at your own thigh from its front side.
4.Sit down and close off at the wrist when grabbing with both hands so that you can maintain control over them and keep them firm.
The practice of "Graze Leg Step" requires careful attention to detail if one wishes to master it fully, for each part plays a crucial role in achieving balance and fluidity in motion.
In conclusion, mastering "Graze Leg Step" involves much more than just physical movements; it requires mental discipline as well as keen observation skills.
It's important for us all - whether beginners or advanced practitioners - to continue learning about this art form through experience and experimentation so that we may better understand its intricacies.
