.push me both arms walk stick method: If someone pushes my two arms, I will use the momentum of their push to make them lose balance and fall backwards.
.grab my wrist walk stick method: If someone grabs my wrists, I can use this technique to make them lose control and let go of me.
.single arm being pressed walk stick method: When my right arm is being pressed down by an opponent's hands, I will use the force from their press to lift up my right arm and move it in a circular motion towards the sky.
.single arm being pulled walk stick method: When an opponent pulls on one of my arms, I will respond with a quick twisting motion that frees myself from their grip.
These are just examples for beginners to practice, while those who understand the principles of internal strength and spiritual awareness may find little value in these techniques.
