在八十五式杨式太极拳中,搂膝拗步占了九式,要打七次左搟膝拗步,二次右搟膝拗步,这一招的重要性不言而喻。有人认为搟膝拗步较招式易学好打,但笔者以为按照拳理要求能打到位就很难。现将笔者的一些心得体会写出来,与拳友们交流、探讨,敬请指正。
一、转腰时应做到尾闾中正
无论在白鹤亮翅手挥琵琶转身蹬脚过渡到左搞膷拗步,或是左搭带过渡到右 搞 膷 拗 步,招式开始时都必须先转腰,并以腰带动二臂一上一下。在杨氏太极中的每一个细微动作,都蕴含着深厚的文化底蕴和独特的艺术风格,让人仿佛置身于古老的中国武术世界之中。
随着对太极拳深入研究,我们发现很多初学者都无法达到真正的内外兼修,即使在技术上掌握了某些基本动作,也常常缺乏整体感和气韵,使得整个演练失去了原本应该有的灵魂和魅力。在教研过程中,我们注意到了以下几个方面的问题:
随着右掌弧形下落,右肩也跟着下沉形成左肩高右肩低,上体微右倾,与尾闾中正神贯顶头悬静中的触动犹如静水流石。
腰已转到位不动两手还继续一上一下与杨氏太极所追求的心法相悖。
身体摇晃臀部凸出与敛臀要求不符。
这些错误往往源于对武功秘籍大全招式拳法图片理解不深,对太极拳要领理解不足。因此,在习练搟膷拗步时应注意以下几点:
右掌外旋沉肩垂肘但不要刻意把右肩低下去,而要保持双肩平齐。
两肩随腰一起缓缓右转( shoulder & waist rotate synchronously)不要腰转 shoulders not turn, or waist turns while shoulders remain still.
右脚踏准45度偏小或偏大都会影响转腰迈步。
注意敛臀,不使臀部向后凸出或向一侧凸出,要松腰落胯,有利于气沉丹田。
转腰时尤其当腰从变为左转Left foot begins to move forward, the body should not shake.
6.Left foot moves forward slowly and smoothly, forming an arc shape without lifting it too high or bringing it too close to the right foot's inner ankle.
7.Left heel lightly touches the ground at first and the body's center of gravity remains on the right foot until then.
二、 搪 膷 动 作 要 以 腰 带 肘,以 肘 带 手
根据揽腿进退规则(假设对手从我左侧中下二路,用手或足击来,如果只动手,不动肘,是不能将对手的手或足揽开)习练揽腿进退时必须注意以胸引腕,以腕引指。这是为了达到贯劲要求。一旦技艺精通,可以轻松应付各种攻击,无需惊慌失措,只需顺势化解即可。
然而初学者往往忽视这一点,从而出现了一系列问题:
l.Left hand starts to form an arc moving towards the right side but is too close to my chest, restricting its range of motion and making me feel confined.
2.The wrist is loose and fingers are dangling down with no force in them, affecting internal strength flowing into finger tips.
3.The movement of grabbing legs becomes stiff with tense muscles instead of a light touch as if four ounces could control a thousand pounds.
To correct these errors we need:
1.Grabbing leg must be slightly curved neither stretched nor bent; avoid exposing elbows for protection against knee strikes; maintain smooth flow without sharp corners.
2.Eyes follow waist rotation from right to left keeping gaze level ahead focusing on opponent but do not look down at hands; keep mind concentrated on both arms' movement around knees but don't stare fixedly at hands alone.
3.As left foot bows outwards simultaneously with turning waist bring left arm across diagonally downwards towards front edge of left thigh creating a semicircle path while maintaining softness in wrists and palms ensuring fluid circulation throughout body as well as balanced distribution among all limbs—arms legs feet—during practice session that leads us closer toward perfecting our technique skillfully yet gracefully demonstrating true essence within each single action step by step which makes up this beautiful martial art form Yang style Tai Chi known worldwide today!
